Off-plan homes across the UAE
A calmer way to buy off‑plan in the UAE.

What we look for
Peace is a design decision.
Anyone can list a hundred launches. We would rather help you find the few that suit a quieter way of living, and explain why.
- 01
Light, air and an outlook
A home you can rest in begins with what you see from it: open water, a garden, a long skyline. We look first at orientation, balconies and the green around a building, because these decide how a place feels at seven in the morning.
- 02
Calm by design
Low-rise buildings, small collections of homes and wellness-led design make for quieter corridors and lifts. Soma Residences on Dubai Islands is a good example: 44 homes by Origami Development, planted balconies on every face and a rooftop given over to residents.

Everyday ease
Peace is also practical. Each project page shows how far the airport, the city, schools, parks and the metro are, so you can picture an ordinary week there and not only the brochure.
- 04
Plain terms
Residence sizes, prices, the payment plan and the handover date sit on each project page, written out and kept current. You can compare projects slowly, with nobody at your shoulder, and ask us whatever is still unclear.

How it works
Three quiet steps from a question to a shortlist.
- 1
Tell us what calm means to you
A few lines are enough: the emirate you lean towards, the size of home, the kind of view, the time you have.
- 2
We share projects that fit
We reply by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer, with a short list from the developers’ new launches and the reasons behind each choice.
- 3
Decide in your own time
Read each project page at your own pace, compare plans and handover dates, and come back with questions. There is no rush to answer.

What does “off-plan” mean?
An off-plan home is sold while the building is still being designed or built, directly by the developer. You choose a residence from the plans, follow a payment plan, and receive the keys at the handover date stated for the project.
Where do the projects come from?
They are launched by developers across the UAE and presented here with their photographs, residence types, payment plans and locations. Every project has its own page, kept current, with the details that change.
How do payment plans work?
Many off-plan projects ask for a deposit when you book, instalments while the building rises and a final payment at handover. The exact steps differ from project to project and are written on each project page.
Which emirates can I look at?
We focus on the six emirates of the UAE. At the moment the projects on this site are in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, and each has its own guide.
Do I need to be in the UAE to enquire?
No. You can send the form, write by email or message us on WhatsApp from wherever you are, and read the project pages in your own time.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Your message reaches us directly. We contact you using the details you gave, by phone, WhatsApp or email, and suggest projects that match what you described. You only need to give the details you are comfortable sharing.
